ABOUT
Each season, using the Tinkergarten© curriculum, we focus on helping children develop one of 8 core skills they need to become curious, capable learners who can contribute to their world. This fall, we'll tune into kids' focus development. The curriculum is designed to help kids hone the symphony of skills we use to direct, shift and sustain our attention—all through playful exploration of nature! Throughout the series, we’ll leverage the inherently captivating natural world to teach kids building blocks of focus, including: how to feel grounded in the moment; how to zoom in and zoom out; how to wonder; and how to follow our interests.

*All classes are play and nature centered. designed thoughtfully and encourage families to spend more time together outside, with the intention of helping kids develop the critical skills they’ll need as they grow. This class is offered to children (18 months to 8 years old) accompanied by a parent or caregiver, and follows the much-loved Tinkergarten© curriculum. Regular classes meet once per week for 75-90 minutes and in all-weather (as per safety guidelines). Season enrollment also includes a weekly book list, podcast/music suggestions, at-home activity ideas and parent resources that correlate with each lesson. There will also be intentional time and space for adults to reflect and connect, too!
